Mark Watkins

Mark Watkins is a collage artist based the United Kingdom.
Mark’s analog collage explores human existence and memory; how memories are stored over time, how they surface at random moments and how they become fragmented or lost (sometimes temporarily). Ideas and themes are realised through the juxtaposition of torn or cut fragments of images, colours and text. Often layered, these fragments describe environments and situations that can appear absurd, disturbing, humorous or beautiful.

The studio is in South Derbyshire and visits can be arranged.
All the work is for sale. Please email or call for information.
